Q: Will she be available on weekends?

Yes, with advanced notice.


Q: Can she work out of my personal/work Dropbox file?

Yes, for photos shared via Dropbox or Google Drive. All other documents will be stored in Salesforce.


Q: How do I pay for this service?

The $1,500 + GET fee will be taken out of your escrow via Salesforce.


Q: Is there a cancellation fee if the escrow cancels or the listing does not sell?

No if you don't get paid - we don't get paid.


Q: Can she help me with my marketing?

We will be your liaison with the Smarketing team with the added knowledge current Christie’s and Luxury Portfolio marketing opportunities.


Q: Does the $1,500 fee cover marketing costs?

No. Hawaii Life does have an ad cost sharing program.
