1. How long does the process take?

It greatly depends on the level of communication between the agent and listing@hawaiilife.com.

If ALL required items are received prior to 3pm, it'll be worked on that day, otherwise it will start on the following business day.

2. How do I get billed?

Accounting will add the Listing Services fee to your monthly billing statement.

3. When do I get billed?

Once the MLS listing is created (regardless if it goes live/active or not).

4. What am I (the agent) responsible for?

Prompt communication with listing coordinator

Sorry, NO. The listing services team takes your verbiage and uses it for various services but we're not available to create copy.

2. How long does the process take?

5. Do I get a discount if I don't use all of the services?
